What does TOG mean?

Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. This 1.0 TOG is ideal for MODERATE room temperatures between 20°C to 24°C.

"Very happy with this one! It's great for layering in cool weather, but I also think it's a good in-between for when it's warm or cold as it's not super thick (1. 5 TOG), so good for that transitional weather period. Although it keeps baby's arms in the up position, it still has good stretch so baby is comfortable and can still move. The overall fit is great (nice and snug on chest and tummy) and we love the variety of designs available!"
